The purpose of the data processing is related to the fulfilment of the obligations deriving out of the contractual relationship and to any task strictly related to it as well as to obligations under applicable laws, regulations and EU legislation and therefore their legal basis is represented by the contract, by law or by the exercise of rights and legitimate interests of the right holder. The data will not be processed for purposes that require the consent of the interested party as the legal basis for the processing

Staff members and external contractors operating in the supplier and customer accounting department may have access to the data, who are charged with processing or supervising assignments as well as internal and external co-workers who perform duties of technical nature as well as support (especially legal, IT-and forwarding services) and company monitoring services on behalf of the company.

The data provided will be processed and stored in the company for an amount of time established by the Owner, or in any case not longer than 5 years from the termination of the contractual relationship

receive confirmation if personal data about you are available or not, and that such data are communicated to you in intelligible form;

obtain an indication of the origin of the data, the purposes and methods of processing, the logic applied in the case of processing though electronic tools, the identification details of the Data Controller and the Data Processor as well as the recipients or categories of recipient you may receive your data or to whom the data may be disclosed

to get an update or correction if you are interested in:

the integration of data

the cancellation of the data

the transformation of the data in anonymous form

the blocking of the processed data in case of violation of law

The confirmation that these operations have been brought to the attention of those to whom the data have been communicated or disclosed (if this is not impossible or disproportionate to the protected right);
